Inspired by the beauty of the Alps mountains, Mont Blanc is a fine dining concept that represents the diversity of the cultures in the mountain range that connects France, Switzerland, Italy, Slovenia, Germany and Austria. The menu will take the guests on a gastronomical expedition through these regions, where every dish represents a different region.
Mont Blanc celebrates the connection between nature and gastronomy, through ingredients from the Alps from cheeses and berries to meats and fresh fishes, and traditional dishes with a culinary twist, each dish tells the story of its origin, from the deep forests to the snowy mountains.
We want to introduce people to multiple flavours and take them through a culinary journey they won’t forget.
