Our restaurant CELS - inspired by Costa Rica, EspaƱa, Lithuania, and Seychelles - is more than a place to dine, it is a stage where gastronomy becomes art. Each dish represents a country and an artistic expression, creating a sensory journey that connects culture, creativity, and fine dining.
We bring together local Belgian seasonal ingredients with global inspiration, reimagining traditional recipes through the lens of painting, music, dance, and literature. Cuisine offering guests not only a meal but a journey of discovery.
